What a job payment looks like
Subscription billing and job payments are completely separate. Your plan covers the software. When you pay a cleaner, the cleaner's agreed price goes to them in full. The card fee is grossed up and added to your total, so the cleaner still nets the full agreed price.

Who pays the card fee?
The host does — never the cleaner. The card-processing cost is added on the host's side, so the cleaner still receives exactly 100% of the agreed amount. Example: $150 agreed → host card total $154.79 → cleaner receives $150. Resetly adds no fee of its own on any job payment.
Do cleaners ever pay Resetly?
No. Cleaners pay nothing — ever. No commission, no listing fee, no subscription, no bidding fees. Cleaners keep 100% of every job. Resetly earns only from host plans.
What's the difference between my subscription and a job payment?
Your subscription is the flat monthly fee for your plan (by property count) — it covers everything Resetly does. A job payment is the money you pay your cleaner for a completed turnover, routed through Resetly, with $0 in Resetly fees (you pay only the job amount + raw card-processing cost).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-ins. Cancel anytime from billing; you keep access through the end of your billing period. (Cleaners pay nothing, so there's nothing for them to cancel.)
